Pets

What is your pet policy?

Residents may have up to two pets per apartment home.

Are there breed restrictions for pets?

Yes. Restricted breeds include Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American Terrier, Akita Inu, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Siberian Husky, and Husky.

What pet fees are required?

$300 Deposit & $300 Non Refundable Pet Fee

How much is pet rent each month?

Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet.

Lease Terms & Renewals

What lease terms are available?

We offer lease terms ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on availability.

Do you offer short-term leases?

Yes. Short-term lease options are available, with terms starting at 3 months.

How do lease renewals work?

120 Days notice is given to the resident; notice is posted and mailed.

Can I renew my lease for a different lease term?

Yes. Residents may have the option to renew on a month-to-month basis or select a lease term ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on availability.

Applications, Qualifications & Fees

What are the requirements to apply for an apartment?

All applicants must complete an application and meet the community’s qualification requirements, including income and screening criteria.

What are the income requirements?

Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. If there are multiple applicants, qualifying income may be combined.

What documents are needed to apply?

Applicants should provide two months of pay stubs downloaded directly as PDF files that can be verified through Snappt. If pay stubs cannot be processed through Snappt, applicants may provide three months of bank statements that can be verified and correspond with their reported income.

Are there application fees or deposits required?

Yes. Applicants are responsible for the required application fee and applicable deposit as part of the application process.

What is the application fee?

The application fee is $60.00 per applicant; $250.00 Nonrefundable Admin Fee

What is the required deposit?

The required security deposit starts at $500, depending on the applicant’s qualification and the apartment home selected.

Utilities, Internet & Packages

What utilities are included with my apartment?

Utilities are not included in the rent. Residents are responsible for their applicable utility costs.

Is internet included?

ATM resident get their own provider package; we are in the process of being set up with Comcast Bulk

How are packages delivered?

Packages are delivered to Parcel Pending ($100.00 Annual Fee)

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal, in person at the leasing office, or via Textline.

How long does maintenance take to complete requests?

Please allow our maintenance team up to 48 business hours to respond to and address your service request. Emergency maintenance concerns will be handled according to their urgency.

What apartments are currently available?

Can I schedule an apartment tour?

Yes. Tours can be scheduled conveniently through our website by selecting an available date and time that works best for you.

Do you offer self-guided tours?

Yes, self-guided tours are available six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Self-guided tours are not available on Sundays.

Can I apply online?

Yes. All applications must be completed online through our website.

What is needed to complete an online application?

To complete an online application, applicants will need to submit the required application fee and holding deposit, along with all requested documentation needed to verify their qualifications.
